IMPORTANT NOTE: Smoking households (including outdoor smokers) are NOT eligible for this program.

The minimum rental period is 8 weeks starting the day you receive the package. You are responsible for the minimum full rental fee even if you choose to return the diapers early.

Diapers must be washed as specified on our site. Additionally, only detergents and diaper rash creams listed as acceptable on our site can be used. Failure to do so will compromise the diaper’s fabric and absorbency and may result in the loss of all or part of your store credit to replace the damaged diaper(s).

You will NOT be held responsible for stains and everyday wear of the diapers.

At the end of your rental period, simply email us at orders@pootersdiapers.com. A prepaid FEDEX shipping label will be emailed to you for return. Diapers must be returned via FEDEX within one week of the sent date of your email. Diapers must be cleaned and dried prior to mailing.

The credit will be refunded to you in the form of an e-giftcard within three business days of receipt of the rental package provided it is in good condition. If the rental package is not returned within one week of your email, we will assume that you have decided to keep the diapers and will not issue you a credit.

For your convenience, diapers are shipped 3 WEEKS prior to your due date.
